Paypal is the best comparing same case with payza

Paypal has withdraw option after 45 days but payza reserves the right to fine you a penalty of $500 and upwards.[see official email]
We recently noticed an issue with your account. To see what you can and can't do while your account is limited, go to the Resolution Center.
Your account has been limited for more than 45 days. It will continue to be limited but you now have the ability to withdraw funds.
Why is my account access limited?
Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

  • Apr 12, 2012: You're only allowed to have one personal and one business account. In addition, we noticed one or more of the following problems:
    • You provided information that we believe was false, inaccurate, or misleading; or
    • You sent or received payment that was potentially related to fraudulent activity; or
    • You have more than one account with a negative balance; or
    • You are in violation of the User Agreement, the Commercial Entity Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, or another agreement you have with PayPal.
Our decision was based on terms outlined in these agreements.

Because of this, we've limited your accounts and can no longer offer our services to you. You'll still be able to log in to view your transaction history, but you won't be able to send or receive payment.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

After a careful review of your account, it has been established that Payza’s Terms and Conditions have been violated. Due to your failure to comply with our policy and the high risk associated with your transactions, Payza has made the decision to sever its business relationship with you and terminate your account.

As per section 7.3 “Monetary Penalties” of our User Agreement, "If you are found in violation of this User Agreement and all terms herein, we reserve the right to fine you a penalty of $500 and upwards, depending on damages and the severity of the violation and the liability you cause to Payza and/or our professional partners."

As a result, your Payza account has been fined in the amount of $89.00 USD, which is equal to the total amount of funds which was remaining in your account balance.

2 All who has problems with Payza:

You may stop your efforts of getting money back from Payza. It is a real scam company. I received $1100 and they were frozen. I asked them what's the reason, they told me its "for my security". Then I asked them how can I get them unblocked, the replied that there is no way for me to get them... At the end of their response they added that they will alert me if they decide to release these money to me!

    Still waitng for this "alert"...

AlertPay/Payza is a f*cking scam! Never use it.

So far, this payment processor works for me even though I can only make withdrawals by check since I'm in the U.S., I was able to get the check in the mail in less than 5 days from the time I initiated a withdrawal. No bad at all!

There are 2 big issues in Payza right now, its slow Customer Support and the bank transfers
which were sent to deposit funds in those accounts and till this day, the funds are not available.
Many people have the same problem, you can read about that on their Facebook page.
So, I should say, be careful if you need to fund your Payza account in this moment,
especially, if you want to send a bank transfer and/or wire.

I've also made a withdrawal on Friday, 25th of May for $46 by bank transfer. They answered my ticket after a few hours and explained me that "a bank transfer withdrawal should take 3 to 6 business days to proces". My withdrawal was "completed" on 31.05 and I got money on my credit card on 01.06. after 6-7 days.

Payza apologize for inconvenience this service.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

At this time it is not possible to withdraw funds out of your Payza e-wallet. We are in the process of transitioning to a new service provider for bank wire withdrawals and during this transition, Payza members from certain countries will unfortunately not be able to withdraw funds. We anticipate this transition to be completed and bank wire services to be restored within the coming weeks. Once the transition has been completed you will once again be able to withdraw funds by bank wire without issue.

I apologize for any inconvenience this service disruption may cause you. Please know that we are taking all necessary actions to have this issue resolved as quickly as possible for all of our affected members.

We kindly ask that contact us in several months to see if we have any withdrawal options available for members in your country of residence.

    Thank you for your cooperation.
