Reason No 5. showing your name (as appears on the ID you're submitting), address, and a date within the last 3 months.

Payza_Calin, an employee of Payza, replied to Pending withdrawal to Payza Debit Card, a question about Payza.
Hey there,

In order to get your account off hold you'll have to reply with the docs asked for in BSM-940428.

Ah, yeah that type of thing does happen with usernames now and again... Just submit your own Proof of Identity (valid government issued photo ID) and we'll update your account!

The proof of Address document that's being asked for has to be a recurring piece of official correspondence showing your name (as appears on the ID you're submitting), address, and a date within the last 3 months.

Send that in your reply back to that ticket I mentioned, and we'll get this resolved!

Let me know if you have anymore questions on this,

All the Best,

Calin
